Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and count incoming stock and materials, recording accurate data into inventory management systems.
- Assemble, pack, and prepare products for shipment, ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management software to track stock levels.
- Assist with basic facility maintenance and janitorial duties as required.
- Follow detailed instructions from supervisors and shift leads to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Long Beach facility.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
