Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage freight using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform accurate pick, pack, and ship operations for customer orders.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain stock organization.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and workplace housekeeping standards.
- Operate scanners and handheld devices to process shipments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
