Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehousing tasks, including picking, packing, and labeling orders with precision and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, to ensure smooth inventory flow.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure shipment accuracy and product integrity.
- Assist in stock replenishment and cycle counts to support accurate inventory management.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless transition and workflow continuity.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) consistently and reliably.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read barcodes and shipping documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and a proven commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctual attendance.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for all roles.
