Responsibilities
- Perform accurate loading and unloading of freight using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Sort, scan, and verify inventory against packing slips to ensure accuracy.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels and movements.
- Assist in the preparation of shipments for outbound delivery, ensuring proper packaging.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols during night operations.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid ID.
- Ability to work 10-hour night shifts (10:00 PM - 8:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
