Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Night Shift Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring that our distribution center runs smoothly and efficiently during the night shift hours.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare products for shipment using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing inventory against packing lists.
- Package and label items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as required by management.
- Operate warehouse management systems to track stock levels and orders.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) with high energy.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory verification and counting.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
