Responsibilities
- Source and screen high-caliber candidates across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for 50+ active client partners
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: from intake interviews to offer negotiations
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and niche job boards
- Collaborate with clients to refine job specs and market insights
- Track KPIs including time-to-fill, submission-to-interview ratios, and placement rates
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal performance targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency/staffing recruitment experience with proven placement history
- Expertise in Austin's tech, healthcare, or finance talent landscape
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn) and CRM management
- Exceptional communication with ability to negotiate complex offers
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Relevant certifications (CERS, CSP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred
