Responsibilities
- Screen and place qualified candidates into overnight shifts within 24-48 hours of application
- Manage client communication for urgent staffing needs during night hours
- Conduct virtual interviews and background checks for night shift positions
- Coordinate onboarding processes for temporary and full-time night staff
- Track KPIs including fill rates, client satisfaction, and candidate retention
- Maintain compliance with California labor laws for overnight work
- Collaborate with day shift teams to ensure 24/7 operational coverage
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong knowledge of Sacramento's industrial and healthcare sectors
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Excellent communication skills for high-pressure scenarios
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
