Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for weekend and contract positions
- Match qualified candidates to client openings in healthcare, hospitality, and logistics
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide candidate support
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment documentation
- Build relationships with Portland-area employers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct background checks and reference verification
- Generate weekly recruitment reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years in recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of Portland's job market preferred
- HR certification (SHRM-CP or similar) a plus
