Responsibilities
- Manage overnight candidate screenings and interviews
- Coordinate with clients to fill urgent night shift positions
- Process payroll and timesheets for temporary staff
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and documentation
- Provide 24/7 support to deployed staff and clients
- Conduct quality assurance checks at client sites
- Resolve staffing emergencies during overnight hours
- Prepare daily shift reports for management review
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in staffing or HR coordination
- Experience with night shift or overnight operations
