Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for high-demand roles in healthcare, IT, and logistics
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using cutting-edge recruitment tools
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments to ensure perfect candidate-fit
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles with exceptional attention to detail

Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced hiring environments
- Expert knowledge of Jacksonville's job market and key industries
- Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
