Responsibilities
- Source and screen technical candidates across software development, IT infrastructure, and data science roles
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Build and maintain relationships with 15+ tech clients in Louisville metro area
- Optimize recruitment funnel using ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and data analytics
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for passive candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, and tech communities
- Collaborate with sales team to forecast talent needs and market trends
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in IT/tech roles
- Expert knowledge of Louisville's tech talent market and local tech companies
- Advanced ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and Boolean search mastery
- Exceptional stakeholder management with both candidates and hiring managers
- Metrics-driven approach with demonstrated KPI achievement (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate)
- Technical fluency to evaluate candidates for roles requiring coding, cloud, or DevOps skills
