Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Match qualified candidates with open positions at client companies
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Participate in weekly team meetings to share best practices
Qualifications
