Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including technology, finance, and healthcare
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through strategic networking and digital sourcing
- Develop deep client relationships to understand staffing needs and business objectives
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement and onboarding
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to optimize recruitment efficiency
- Analyze market trends to provide data-driven staffing solutions to clients
- Maintain compliance with EEOC and labor regulations in all recruitment activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of direct staffing or corporate recruiting experience
- Proven success in high-volume recruitment across multiple industries
- Expertise in sourcing strategies including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Raleigh-Durham job market dynamics and key employers
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar platforms)
