Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client openings
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, and placement
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and key industry contacts
- Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and networking to identify passive candidates
- Conduct behavioral interviews and assess technical competencies
- Drive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback
- Meet aggressive monthly placement KPIs
Qualifications
- 3+ years agency or corporate recruiting experience
- Proven track record of closing technical/healthcare roles
- Expert knowledge of San Diego's talent landscape
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Valid California driver's license required
