Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments for technical and non-technical roles
- Manage client relationships and understand staffing requirements
- Facilitate weekly payroll processing for temporary/contract employees
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM tools effectively
- Ensure compliance with state and federal employment regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting/staffing agency experience
- Proven success in high-volume candidate sourcing and placement
- Strong knowledge of Sacramento job market dynamics
- Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Valid California staffing license (preferred)
