Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles including healthcare, IT, and logistics
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with Nashville-based businesses
- Conduct thorough interviews and reference checks to ensure candidate-fit
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes for efficiency
- Collaborate with team to achieve weekly and monthly placement targets
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs in high-volume environments
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
- Strong knowledge of Nashville's job market and industry trends
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, commission-driven settings
