Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking)
- Build and maintain robust client relationships with Omaha-based businesses
- Conduct detailed candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from offer to placement
- Track KPIs including placement ratios and client satisfaction metrics
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance employer branding
Qualifications
- 2+ years in staffing or recruitment experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong knowledge of Omaha's job market and industries
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation a plus
