Responsibilities
- Source, interview, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings and screenings
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for candidate management
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends
- Meet weekly KPIs for placements and client satisfaction

Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment or staffing experience
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment metrics
- Strong knowledge of Phoenix job market dynamics
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) preferred
