Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for diverse industry roles (IT, Healthcare, Finance)
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job req to placement
- Develop/maintain client relationships with 15+ active companies
- Execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn and niche job boards
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Drive retention through candidate onboarding support
- Track metrics in ATS and optimize conversion rates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 3+ years corporate/staffing agency recruiting experience
- Proven track record of 50+ placements/year
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and negotiation
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Strong network of Nashville professionals
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environment
