Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for temporary, contract, and direct-hire positions across Georgia
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to match skills with client requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, onboarding, and payroll coordination
- Ensure candidates receive weekly pay through our streamlined payroll system
- Utilize ATS platforms and social media to expand talent pipelines
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize strategies for weekly pay placements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of recruiting/staffing experience, preferably in agency environment
- Proven track record of placing candidates in weekly pay or temporary roles
- Expertise in sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals) and interview techniques
- Strong negotiation skills and client relationship management abilities
- Familiarity with Georgia labor laws and payroll processing
