Responsibilities
- Source & Screen: Utilize diverse channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and engage qualified candidates for urgent open roles.
- Client Relations: Build strong, long-term relationships with hiring managers to understand specific workforce needs and culture fit requirements.
- Interview Process: Conduct comprehensive phone and face-to-face interviews to assess technical skills, cultural alignment, and soft skills.
- Placement Management: Manage the end-to-end placement process, from offer negotiation to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both the candidate and the client.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and salary benchmarks in the Memphis area to provide expert advice to clients.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly placement targets to drive agency growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources (agency experience preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong ability to manage multiple pipelines and deadlines effectively using ATS software.
- Drive: Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of hitting performance goals.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Memphis, TN.
