Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for key client accounts.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific technical requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and internal policies.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or account management.
- Strong understanding of the local Seattle job market and technical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
