Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent staffing assignments
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: from job postings to offer negotiations
- Build and maintain relationships with key Milwaukee-area employers
- Utilize ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn) to track candidate pipelines
- Conduct client consultations to understand staffing needs
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Onboard new hires and ensure seamless placement transitions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs
- Strong knowledge of Milwaukee job market and industries
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
