Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates into temporary and permanent positions across Albuquerque's key industries
- Conduct late-night candidate interviews and assessments via phone and virtual platforms
- Manage client relationships and staffing needs during evening business hours
- Utilize ATS systems to maintain accurate candidate profiles and job requisitions
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for night-shift placements
- Develop recruitment strategies targeting passive candidates during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with day-shift recruiters for seamless candidate handoffs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience with night shift availability
- Proven track record of successful placements in Albuquerque's job market
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid New Mexico driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently during non-traditional business hours
