Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and place qualified candidates for evening and overnight shifts.
- Coordinate with clients to understand specific staffing needs and requirements.
- Manage candidate pools and schedule interviews during business hours.
- Handle onboarding and orientation for night shift workers.
- Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Resolve staffing emergencies and ensure 24/7 coverage.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a staffing agency, HR, or recruitment role is required.
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED required.
