Responsibilities
- Match qualified candidates with temporary job openings in Raleigh and surrounding areas
- Conduct phone and in-person candidate screenings to assess skills and availability
- Coordinate daily shift scheduling and logistics between workers and client sites
- Process same-day payroll documentation and ensure accurate payment distribution
- Maintain digital records of worker certifications, safety training, and job performance
- Build relationships with local businesses to identify emerging staffing needs
- Provide onboarding support for new temporary employees
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling software

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client site visits
