Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, logistics, and technology
- Build and nurture relationships with key corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Execute innovative recruitment campaigns using traditional and digital channels
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments for optimal matching
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to placement
- Analyze market trends to refine recruitment strategies and candidate pipelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing agency or corporate recruiting experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement KPIs
- Expertise in candidate sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments with competing priorities
- Strong knowledge of Memphis' talent landscape and industry sectors
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
