Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates through targeted recruitment strategies including social media, job boards, and networking events
- Build and maintain robust pipelines for hard-to-fill positions in tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and match talent with client company culture and requirements
- Develop and nurture client relationships through regular consultations and market trend analysis
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate placement
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience with proven placement track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, or Lever)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Results-oriented mindset with demonstrated success in meeting KPIs and revenue targets
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Active SHRM-SCP or CERS certification a plus
