Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for diverse industry roles across Omaha
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate pipelines
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and salary benchmarks
- Conduct regular follow-ups with placed candidates to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience in Omaha market
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs (time-to-fill, placement ratios)
- Expert knowledge of local talent landscape and industry regulations
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- SHRM-CP or CER certification preferred
