Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place candidates in contract-to-hire and direct-hire positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Develop recruitment strategies using our proprietary talent database and market intelligence
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer lifecycle
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and market insights
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting/staffing experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to thrive in a commission-driven structure
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Knowledge of Seattle's tech and professional services landscape preferred
