Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple industries (Tech, Finance, Healthcare)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients in Manhattan and surrounding areas
- Conduct in-depth interviews to match candidates with perfect role fits
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviews, placements, and onboarding
- Utilize ATS tools and social platforms to expand candidate pipelines
- Exceed quarterly KPIs for placements and client satisfaction
- Weekly payroll coordination for temporary and contract staff
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing/recruitment with proven track record
- Expert knowledge of NYC job market and industry trends
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business field
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Valid NY State Staffing License (or ability to obtain immediately)
