Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary and direct-hire positions across Phoenix's thriving industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skill assessments to ensure perfect matches
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to placement and onboarding
- Utilize our proprietary ATS to track candidates and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with sales team to develop new business opportunities in the Phoenix market
- Represent our agency at local job fairs and networking events
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience in a Phoenix-based agency
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement metrics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse candidates
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of Phoenix's labor market and industry trends
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation a plus
