Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary-to-hire, contract, and direct-hire positions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding coordination
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify passive candidates
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and skill alignment
- Drive recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, placement rates, and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing team to create targeted recruitment campaigns
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing agency or corporate recruiting experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs in high-volume recruitment
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment across multiple industries
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with candidates and clients
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and social recruiting tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
