Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client openings using ATS, LinkedIn, and industry networks
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with perfect-fit roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key industry stakeholders
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record in NYC market
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with ability to close candidates
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Deep understanding of NYC's talent landscape across key industries
