Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily staffing assignments with clients across San Diego County
- Process same-day payroll for temporary workers via our digital platform
- Onboard new talent and verify credentials/background checks
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers and job seekers
- Manage staffing schedules to ensure client satisfaction and worker availability
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and address worker inquiries promptly
- Track assignment performance and provide feedback to both clients and staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in staffing, recruitment, or related HR field
- Proven experience with daily payroll processing or financial systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in staffing software and digital payroll platforms
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of San Diego's labor market and key industries
- BA/BS in Business, HR, or related field preferred
