Responsibilities
- Recruit, vet, and onboard qualified candidates for overnight positions in manufacturing, logistics, and healthcare sectors
- Manage end-to-end staffing operations for 12+ client accounts during evening hours
- Conduct face-to-face and virtual interviews targeting night shift professionals
- Implement retention strategies for after-hours talent with personalized engagement
- Coordinate seamless shift transitions between day and night teams
- Analyze workforce metrics to optimize overnight staffing efficiency
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and industry-specific safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing or recruitment experience with night shift specialization
- Proven track record in high-volume candidate screening and placement
- Exceptional communication skills for after-hours stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and scheduling software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client site visits
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- Certification in Staffing and Recruiting (CSR) preferred
