Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for contract/permanent placements
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 open roles weekly
- Conduct behavioral interviews using competency-based frameworks
- Coordinate client interviews and offer negotiations
- Maintain ATS database with 95%+ data accuracy
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job requirements
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 2+ years in agency/corporate recruitment
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Strong knowledge of Seattle's tech/healthcare sectors
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) preferred
- Proven ability to meet weekly KPIs (15+ placements/month)
- Valid Washington driver's license for client meetings
