Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct virtual interviews with candidates during evening/night hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Develop targeted recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill night shift positions in manufacturing and logistics
- Build and maintain relationships with 24/7 facility managers and HR departments
- Utilize ATS platforms to track candidate pipelines and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Coordinate onboarding processes for night shift hires including background checks and document verification
- Analyze market trends to identify emerging talent pools for overnight positions
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction rate through personalized communication and follow-up
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years recruiting experience with emphasis on non-traditional shift scheduling
- Proven success in staffing manufacturing, warehousing, or healthcare night shift roles
- Advanced proficiency in virtual interviewing platforms and applicant tracking systems
- Valid California driver's license with reliable transportation for client visits
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) certification strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Fresno's industrial corridor and local labor market dynamics
