Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive individual to manage project timelines, coordinate internal teams, and ensure deliverables are met with precision. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are ready for a temp-to-perm possibility, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and track project milestones and deliverables to ensure strict adherence to timelines.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and resolve project blockers.
- Prepare and distribute weekly status reports, project documentation, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate resources, including staff, equipment, and budget allocation, for ongoing initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations and internal project reviews.
- Monitor project expenditures and report any variances to the Project Manager immediately.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding project status updates.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a project coordination, administrative support, or customer service role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools (Asana, Trello, or Jira).
- Strong organizational skills with the proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and willing to work onsite in Seattle, WA.
- Agile or Scrum certification is a plus but not required.
