Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation through closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in strict alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders, clients, and project teams to ensure alignment.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies effectively.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Coordinate resources and manage cross-functional team dynamics to drive productivity.
- Prepare regular status reports and presentations for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in a temporary or contract capacity.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana.
- Proven experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
