Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and team members to align expectations.
- Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to drive process improvements.
- Monitor budget adherence and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within a professional services or corporate environment.
- Proven expertise in daily pay or contract staffing models.
- PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is strongly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites within the Nashville area.
