Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate project documentation and update stakeholders on progress.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external vendors or clients.
- Prepare weekly status reports and compile data for end-of-cycle reviews.
- Manage project folders and ensure proper file organization and retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or a related field.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
