Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
- Must be available to start immediately.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly phone manner.
