Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department or team member.
- Enter customer data accurately into our CRM system to maintain up-to-date records.
- Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex matters to senior staff when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow during peak hours.
- Participate in daily training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote a professional environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred, but not strictly required.
