Responsibilities
- Source and recruit top-tier talent using various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Screen, interview, and select qualified candidates for open positions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and market trends.
- Provide exceptional client service and candidate support throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
