Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and government
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidates and ensure timely placements
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruitment strategies
- Ensure compliance with EEOC and labor regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets and KPIs
- Strong knowledge of Washington DC's job market and regulatory landscape
- Expertise in candidate sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
