Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels (job boards, networking, referrals).
- Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent for client positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and company culture.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
- Update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases accurately.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
