Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various open positions across multiple industries.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent using social media and job boards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their staffing needs and match them with the right candidates.
- Conduct background checks and reference verifications to ensure candidate quality.
- Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Track candidate metrics and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) regularly.
- Collaborate with team leads to develop effective recruitment strategies and outreach campaigns.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Must be detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and integrity.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or HR is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
