Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for high-profile client positions using advanced Boolean search techniques
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and technical alignment
- Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients across diverse industries
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, and niche job boards
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from job requisition to placement
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic talent pipeline recommendations to clients
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS system with 100% compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of corporate or agency recruiting experience with proven placement track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment across multiple industries (finance, tech, healthcare preferred)
- Proficiency in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and sourcing tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate complex compensation packages
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and recruitment metrics
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Professional Recruiter (PR) or Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification preferred
