Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, networking) to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their technical and cultural needs.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule, conduct, and debrief initial phone screens and in-person interviews.
- Placement Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from offer negotiation to onboarding.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and salary benchmarks in the Seattle tech and corporate sectors.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide weekly activity reports.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Dedication: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a 'hustle' mentality.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to commute to Seattle, WA.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
